New to the club and want to get shooting? Uncomfortable or just don’t know where to start? Ask a member to show you “the ropes”. Many members are happy to help you make the best of you membership. Come to one of our regular meetings (1st and 3rd Thursday of the month) and pair up and start shooting with a member. There are lots of organized shoots for pistols, rifles and shotguns. Join the fun and stay proficient with your firearms! Reminder shooting is allowed from 9 AM to Dusk ONLY. It’s getting dark early now. No shooting after dusk. Please join us Saturday October 18 for our fall work party. As usual donuts and coffee at 7:30, Lunch at noonish are provided. Remember you committed to work at least four hours per year as a condition of your membership. We have lots of work to do and need 25 or more volunteers.
Coffee and doughnuts at 8:30 work starts at 9:00, pizza after! Join us at 9 AM to help getting the indoor range ready for the fall – winter season. Clean up, adjust light fixtures, add light covers and remove junk.
Did you know that as a member of the Butler County Sportsmen’s Club that you can rent the clubhouse for your wedding reception, reunion, party etc.? See the members only page for rental details. Saturday April 12, 2025 – All ranges closed for Ladies Day The 7th annual Ladies Day on the Range was a huge success with 60 participants.
This is where you can help our club by notifying the Range Officer of trouble or unsafe conditions happening on the ranges. You are not required to give your name, email or phone. We request that you provide this information so we may ask follow-up questions if necessary. We appreciate your help in make our club a safe and well maintained place to come shoot.
