Club membership not required for participation in organized shoots.
If you want to become a better shooter and have fun, come out and shoot in some of the clubs organized shooting programs. The cost is minimal and in most cases no more than if you were just shooting on your own. There is pistol for men and women every Tuesday, women only the 2nd and 4th Thursday, .22 rifle for the serious shooters on Mondays and not so serious on Friday nights. Starting in March there is shotgun 3 Saturdays per month, service rifle the 4th Saturday of each month (good for you AR and M1 shooters), and muzzle loading rifle the 1st Sunday of the month.
Shooting in an organized program is a good way to get extra practice and learn how to shoot better. The more experienced shooters are always willing to give the inexperienced shooter some assistance.
Remember you need to bring ear and eye protection when you come for any shooting activities.
Check the shooting schedule on the calendar for days and times. A current range schedule with dates, times and contacts is posted inside the club house. If you still have a question come to one of the club meetings.
